Terms of service

1. The service and the company

eroq.ai is operated by Qore Games, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France (hello@eroq.ai). eroq provides programmatic access to generative models — text, image, video and audio — through an HTTP API, metered in prepaid credits. The service is provided "as is"; models are probabilistic systems and no particular output is guaranteed.

These terms form a whole with the Terms of sale (credit purchases), the Acceptable use policy and the Privacy policy.

2. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for your account, your API keys and everything generated with them. Keys are secrets: keep them server-side, rotate them if exposed. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid and do not expire. Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits. Purchases, taxes, delivery, the withdrawal right and money refunds are governed by the Terms of sale. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

4. Your content

Prompts belong to you, outputs belong to you to the extent the law allows. We do not retain generated media; request and usage metadata (timestamps, models, credit amounts) is retained for billing and abuse prevention.

5. Acceptable use

Use of the API is bound by the Acceptable use policy. Violations can lead to suspension or termination; prepaid credits on accounts terminated for AUP violations are forfeited.

6. Availability and changes

We target high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Model versions, prices and limits can change; price changes never apply retroactively to credits already spent.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qore Games' aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law; competent courts are those of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules. Mediation options are described in the Terms of sale.
